PICKUP/DELIVERY STATEMENT *

Appleseed Mower Repair will transport my equipment for me and I will make my equipment accessible for pickup by 9:00 am on the specified date, and it will remain available for pickup throughout the specified day, unless prior arrangements are made. I understand that I do not have to be present at time of pickup
