We are primarily a service & repair shop. Over-the-counter parts sales is not our focus here.
If you need to buy parts, please stop by in person during our BUSINESS HOURS. 
Effective 6/1/2026 we will only discuss parts price or availability in person. (no more parts inquiries via text)

• Special orders must be prepaid and cannot be cancelled.
• All special orders carry shipping charges. 
• NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
• We do not give out part numbers to help you buy the part(s) elsewhere. 
• If you are buying parts, we assume you already know how to properly & safely install them.
• We will not be held responsible for any undesirable outcome(s).

In order for us to get you the part(s) you need, we will need either the part number(s), or the following information from you:

• Brand of the machine
• Model number of the machine 
• Serial number of the machine
• Brand of the engine
• Model number of the engine 
• Type number or Spec number of the engine
• Serial number or Code number of the engine
• Telling us it's a 7000 series 22 hp Kohler or a 19 hp Briggs Intek won't help--we need the ACTUAL engine numbers.
• Telling us it's a 2014 MTD 42" rider won't help either. We need the ACTUAL MODEL and SERIAL numbers, from the model/serial number label.
• If you don't have the information we need, don't expect us to be able to help you.
  
  We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Prices are quoted including a 4% cash/check discount. Figure an additional 4% if you choose to pay with card.
