Most of the questions we receive are answered on our FAQ page - please read through it before sending us a text.

If you've read through our website, and STILL have not found an answer to your question, our text number is 419-528-8058.

IMPORTANT: Please do not request service or repair by text. Instead, select My equipment needs service and/or repair and follow the prompts until you've submitted your request. 

 

If you do not want to text, you may call us at 419-775-5454 and leave a message. Due to the tendency of phone calls to disrupt the type of work we do, we do not usually answer the phone. 

Phone calls are the least reliable and slowest way to reach us, and we check our voicemail maybe once or twice per business day.  After we get around to listening to our voicemails, we will most likely respond by text. You should probably save everyone a few extra steps and just send a text in the first place, but only after you've made sure we don't have an answer for you on our website already.

Our TEXT number is used only for text, so it won't do any good to try calling it.
