If you've read through our website, and STILL have not found an answer to your question, our text number is 419-528-8058.

IMPORTANT: Please do not request service or repair by text. Instead, select My equipment needs service and/or repair and follow the prompts until you've submitted your request. 

If you do not want to send a text, you may call us at 419-775-5454. You will need to leave a message. 
Answering the phone requires immediate response, which usually interrupts our work flow--so we usually don't do it. Text us instead.
We check our voicemail maybe once or twice per business day. 
In most cases, we will respond to  your voicemail by text. 
Our TEXT number is used only for text, so it won't do any good to try calling it.
