Pickup & Delivery Pricing
    What is the brand name of the equipment? For example: Craftsman, Toro, Troy Bilt, Ariens, Husqvarna, MTD, Exmark, etc.
    ATTENTION: If you're contacting us about your "regular" size walk behind mower, and you will be transporting it yourself, simply drop it off during our business hours--DO NOT submit this form. See our Repair Policy for more details.
    Walk behind mowers 22" and under do not need an appointment at this time, unless you need us to transport it for you.
    Please describe the problem(s) you are experiencing with your equipment, or tell us what you'd like us to do with it. For example: "leaking oil", "won't start", etc. If it only needs serviced for the season, just type "service".

    Please note the 2-DAY PICKUP REQUIREMENT if you are self-transporting your equipment. We do not have space to store equipment. If not picked up, we will not have space for other incoming jobs. Please be considerate and pick up your equipment WITHIN 2 DAYS of completion, to avoid delivery charges.

    Note: If submitted on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it may be Monday before we send a response. Otherwise, please allow 24 hours. 
    If you still haven't heard back from us after that, please check your spam folder.
    By submitting an appointment request, I attest that I understand that I will need to pay a deposit within one business day to secure my appointment. I understand Appleseed Mower Repair will contact me by email with further instructions specific to my appointment.
    I also understand that if I fail to pay the deposit in the time frame specified, the appointment will be cancelled in order to keep the schedule open for others.

You may pay your appointment deposit/diagnostic fee and transportation charge by credit/debit card over the phone at 419-775-5454 during our business hours.
All card transactions carry a 4% fee.
You may also pay in person (cash, check, card) during our business hours.
Please do not send any credit/debit card information through email or text.
