AFTER YOU SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST:
- You will need to pay your deposit within the specified time frame.
- If you choose the online payment option, you'll receive an invoice link by email & text--please watch for it. Your appointment date will be specified in the online invoice--make sure you READ the entire invoice.
- Remember, you are not officially on our schedule until your appointment deposit is paid.
