Appleseed Mower Repair will transport my equipment. I understand that I do not have to be present at time of pickup, and whether I will or will not be present, I will make sure my equipment is accessible for pickup on the pickup date.
I will arrange my own transportation.

Credit/debit card online - I understand my appointment date will be specified in the NOTES or TERMS section of the online invoice that I will receive, and I will read the entire invoice carefully so I don't miss the appointment date.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS, CONDITIONS & POLICIES *

I have read, I understand and I agree to all terms and conditions contained in Appleseed Mower Repair's Repair Policy (link at bottom of page), including but not limited to: requesting updates on the status of my equipment, the use of an estimate threshold, turnaround times, and equipment retrieval time frames, and I understand that I will not officially be on Appleseed's schedule until my deposit has been paid.

PICKUP/DELIVERY STATEMENT *

If Appleseed will be picking up my equipment, I will make my equipment accessible for pickup by 9:00 am on the specified date, and it will remain available for pickup throughout the specified day, unless prior arrangements are made.

AFTER YOU SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST:

You should see a confirmation message that starts with "You have successfully requested an appointment." If you don't see that, please refresh the page and re-submit your request.
If you choose the online payment option, you'll receive an invoice link by email & text--please watch for it. Your appointment date will be specified in the online invoice--make sure you read the ENTIRE invoice.
