REMINDER: Due to the many variables among equipment issues, we are unable to give estimates for any repair(s) without first examining the machine in-person.

AFTER YOU SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST:

You will need to pay your deposit within the specified time frame.
If you choose the online payment option, you'll receive an invoice link by email & text--please watch for it. Your appointment date will be specified in the online invoice--make sure you READ the entire invoice.
Remember, you are not officially on our schedule until your appointment deposit is paid.

Appleseed Mower Repair will transport my equipment. I understand that I do not have to be present at time of pickup, and whether I will or will not be present, I will make sure my equipment is accessible for pickup on the pickup date.
I will arrange my own transportation.

Credit/debit card online - I understand my appointment date will be specified in the NOTES or TERMS section of the online invoice that I will receive, and I will read the entire invoice carefully so I don't miss the appointment date.
Cash/Check, in person - Must be paid during Appleseed's business hours

PICKUP/DELIVERY STATEMENT *

If Appleseed will be picking up my equipment, I will make my equipment accessible for pickup by 9:00 am on the specified date, and it will remain available for pickup throughout the specified day, unless prior arrangements are made.
