You have selected service or repair of equipment that falls into our "other" category, and you have chosen to transport your equipment yourself.


Your next step after reading the following information is to request an appointment.

  • Please note that we do not work on chainsaws, handheld string trimmers, hedge clippers, handheld or backpack leaf blowers, pressure washers, or pressure washer engines, even in warranty situations. 
  • Please include a picture of the equipment with your appointment request.
  • After you submit your appointment request, we'll either send you an email with further instructions, or if you choose the online payment option, we'll send you an invoice for the nonrefundable deposit.
  • Except in unusual cases, the deposit will be either $50 or $100 (cash/check), (or $52/$104, card) depending on the specific type of equipment. 
  • Once the deposit is paid, you'll be added to the schedule. Until it's paid, you are not on the schedule and no appointment exists.
  • Keep in mind: you may only drop off your equipment on the date we specify, during the specified hours.
  • The deposit confirms your appointment and counts towards your total bill.
  • We will contact you when complete.
  • Please pick up your equipment no later than 2 days after completion.
