An idea for you to consider for next time:
Every year here at the shop, our workload can become pretty light during the winter months. Then, as soon as the weather starts to warm up, everyone decides to have their mower(s) serviced all at once. It would be helpful to us and more convenient for our customers if some of the springtime workload could be done over the winter months. In the future, please consider scheduling your mower maintenance during November/December/January and early February to help us offer the shortest turnaround times when it matters most.
