Contact us today to have your snowblower serviced so it's ready when you need it! Pickup and delivery is available. Have your lawnmower(s) serviced at the same time so you're ready for next Spring!

We currently have a limit of ONE customer in the building at a time. Please, no equipment drop off outside of our business hours.

Due to space limitations: If you brought your equipment to us and have not made arrangements for us to deliver it to you, please be considerate and pick it up within 5 business days of completion.

Thank you for your cooperation!

Our goal is to assist you in prolonging the life of your outdoor power equipment by providing you with
the most thorough preventive maintenance available
and completing repairs properly.

Please be advised: Shop space can become extremely limited. We ask that you please be considerate and pick your equipment up within 5 business days after we notify you that the job is complete. Failure to do so may result in additional charges, including delivery charges if we end up having to deliver your equipment that you dropped off, in order to make room for other incoming equipment.

If you know ahead of time that there's a good chance you won't be able to pick it back up within 5 days of notification, please let us know this when you drop the equipment off, so we can get the delivery scheduled as soon as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Do you work on snowblowers?

A: Yes we do, from October 1st to March 31. All incoming snowblowers are subject to an $80 deposit/diagnosis fee which will be applied toward the total bill. Pickup and delivery charges are also collected in advance on all snowblowers that we pick up.

Q: When is the best time to have my equipment serviced?

A: It is best to have lawnmowers serviced November through February to avoid the "Spring Rush".  During the Spring Rush, it is not uncommon for us to have a 3-4 week backlog. Snowblowers should be serviced as early as October 1st. We STRONGLY recommend that you don't wait until your equipment breaks down, but instead have us take care of your preseason maintenance so you can (hopefully) avoid breakdowns during the season.

Q: Do you close down for the winter?

A: We are open year-round except as noted on our Hours & Schedule page.

Q: Do you work on equipment at the customer's house?

A: We do all of our work at our shop. This way, we are more likely to have the tools and parts we need and you don't have to worry about us making a mess in your garage. If you don't have a way to transport your equipment yourself, we offer pickup and delivery starting at $40.

Q: Do you sell parts?

A: Yes, and we have thousands of them in stock. When inquiring about parts, please provide your model and serial numbers from the engine and from the machine itself. Special ordered parts must be prepaid and are not returnable, inner tubes and electrical parts are not returnable, so please be 100% sure that you've properly diagnosed the problem before you decide to replace parts. If you're not sure, we can help.

Q: Can I bring in my own parts that I bought somewhere else and pay you to put them on for me?

A: In most cases, no.  It's difficult to ensure the quality and proper fitment of parts that we didn't supply. We keep many parts in stock and are able to order parts for you. Jobs completed using customer-supplied parts carry no guarantee of any kind. We also reserve the right to refuse installation of customer-supplied parts.

Q: Do you offer pick up and delivery?

A: Yes. The price for transportation starts at $40.00 (round trip) within one mile and goes up with each additional mile, based on your distance from our shop. We use Google Maps to determine driving distance and we round to the nearest whole mile. Please call or email for a quote.*

Q: Do you store equipment in the off seasons?

A: Unfortunately we don't have enough space to offer storage.

Q: Why do you have such limited hours?

A: We are a service oriented (not retail oriented) business. As such, it is important that we have enough uninterrupted time to get work done, and get it done properly. Think of our hours as "drop-off times" and "pick-up times". Our schedule helps us to keep up with the work you want us to do, and it gives us flexibility with our pick up and delivery schedule outside of our business hours.

Q: Do you sell any used equipment?

A: Sometimes. Check out our Equipment page to see what we have available.

Q: Do you give free estimates?

A: Because of the amount of time it can take to accurately diagnose a problem and put together an estimate, we cannot offer them for free. However, if you can bring your equipment to us, we may be able to give you a verbal "rough ballpark price range" for free. If you need an actual estimate, we'll need to diagnose the problem first. Diagnosis fees apply. Estimates (on average) delay the entire repair process by approximately 1-3 business days.

Q: How much are your diagnosis fees?

A: $50 for walk behind lawnmowers 24" wide or less, $80 for all other equipment with the following exceptions:
$160 for engine replacements, shortblock replacements, ATVs/UTVs, Minibikes, Go-Karts & Dirtbikes, special equipment***, small farm tractors, compact utility tractors, and any riding equipment with gearbox driven PTO, exhibiting symptoms of PTO gearbox or deck gearbox failure(s). Engine rebuilds require a $150 deposit per cylinder. Transmission rebuilds require a $350 deposit. See our full Diagnosis and Estimate Fee Policy here.

Q: How long will it take to get my equipment back?

A: Each job is different, and our backlog fluctuates throughout the year. When you drop off your equipment, ask us how long we expect to have it. We will give our best estimated time frame, but keep in mind it's not a guarantee. We strongly encourage you to make other arrangements (a backup plan) to have your lawn mowed just in case we end up having your equipment longer than expected.

Q: How often should I have my mower serviced?

A: This is determined by several factors, such as the size of your lawn, condition of your lawn, how many hours you use your mower per season, and how dusty the mowing conditions are in any given year. Your owner's manual will give you the best estimate for how often you should have it serviced. Each year, we have customers who decide not to have their mower serviced before the grass starts growing, but regret their decision when their mower breaks down in the middle of the mowing season.

* Prices and methods shown and described on this page are subject to change at any time without notice.

** Diagnosis fee payment does not mean you will automatically be called with an estimate. If you need an estimate either over the phone or in writing, you must tell us before we begin diagnosing your equipment!

*** "Special" equipment is equipment that is custom built, modified, or not typically used in residential lawn care settings.
